1. Conduct process design for new product casting (sand casting or recasting); 

2. Solve technical problems in the casting production process; 

3. Responsible for providing technical guidance to on-site production personnel; 

4. Inspect and supervise production personnel to carry out production operations in accordance with relevant standards, processes, and specifications; 

5. Responsible for casting mold design, equipment selection, raw material selection, and performance verification; 

6. Responsible for training frontline casting operators; 

7. Responsible for guiding the casting process of products and improving the process flow; 

8. Carry out new process and technology experiments to improve the quality of castings, reduce the number of waste products, and lower manufacturing costs;
